Hey again! Holy heck it's been a while, but it makes me so happy to see how many people have watched this over the years, and how many of you still come back. Btw, I'm so sorry about the advertisements! I made the mistake of using copyrighted music instead of royalty-free, but you can google "UA-cam to mp3 converter" and use one of those to download if you'd want to avoid the ads. Now that I have royalty-free music to use, I'll try to release something new sometime soon. It's been a long while and I'd love to get back into hypnosis. Any suggestions?

why was there a add. i was litteraly in the middle of this and all i heard was "RAID SHADOWLEDGENDS" but i kept watching but there there was a honey add from mrbeast too soo.
Yeah, so, I used copyrighted music, therefore I don't control the ads. On the bright side, now I know not to use copyrighted music ever again! We all have to learn from our mistakes, right?

I've been using this for years, the first time was amazing, but now I use it late at night to get back to sleep, it's good when you have something on your mind and this allows you to let go! It means I always get decent sleep and have energy and concentration the following day! What is cool though is even if you don't fall asleep you still come out of it rested like you've rebooted the computer. It is unusual how the experience has evolved for me, different feelings and images.
Practicing hypnosis is a lot like practicing an instrument. The more you practice, the better you become, and the better you become, the more you'll enjoy doing it. So I'm honored that I could be the one to help you get here.
Putting ads in a hypnosis video should be a crime

It sounds like you're very open and suggestible, so you might also be able to hypnotize yourself. It's actually not hard at all! Relax yourself, lay back, and calmly think to yourself some simple phrases that I would use during the induction to help you relax. Some people can hypnotize themselves very well while others might always need another person to do it, so give it a try sometime when you need to relax or destress from a rough day and see how it works.
I have stress and I lost intrest in my favorite game SCP so i hypnotized myself to like it again and its effective

I don't think I'm replying as soon as you'd hoped, but better late than never! It's very easy to hypnotize yourself. Lay back, relax, and think to yourself a lot of the simple phrases that I use during the induction. People typically benefit more often when another person helps them get into trance, but everyone is different. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes.

I wish I could do this but when he gets to the part where your energy gets drained, pain shoots through my feet and comes up but it hurts and makes me so uncomfortable. Like I’m trying but the pain. I just get so relaxed but the pain ruins it.
I sort of know what you mean. I suffer from neck pain that won't let me sink into trance anymore since it's so distracting. I'd love to experiment with making a video specifically for pain tolerance. Obviously, hypnosis can't mend a fractured bone or repair a collapsing spinal cord, but it can drastically improve quality of life throughout the healing process, which can help the body heal quicker from better self-care and general well-being, however well that may be.

Lots of people struggle getting to sleep in today's world, and when you think about it, it doesn't matter who you are or where you're from - you will need some sleep within the next 24 hours. Even if you can push past it, your body still needs it. Funny enough, I had no intentions for my video to help people sleep. My life goal is simply to help people live better lives. Since everyone needs sleep, people who sleep better will feel better, look better and live their lives better. Keep on living your best life 😊😌😔😪
